You also have the right to seek compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing of your personal data. Applications submitted to the Data Controller will be evaluated and concluded free of charge within thirty (30) days. If the request requires additional costs, fees determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
To exercise your rights, you may submit your request in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller by delivering it personally to our clinic, sending it through a notary public or by using a secure electronic signature via Registered Electronic Mail (KEP), where applicable.
Applications must include your full name, signature, Turkish Identification Number (where applicable), correspondence address and the subject of your request. Your application will be evaluated and responded to as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days.
The data subject declares that they voluntarily consent to the processing of photographs taken before and after Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery procedures for the purposes of documenting medical treatment and providing medical information.
The data subject acknowledges that such photographs constitute special categories of personal data under Article 6 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and may only be processed based on explicit consent.
The data subject agrees that the photographs will be processed solely for demonstrating surgical outcomes and informing individuals with similar medical conditions.
The data subject declares that explicit consent has been provided freely, without pressure or misleading information, following comprehensive disclosure regarding how, where and for what purposes the photographs may be used.
Within this scope, the data subject grants permission for visual data to be recorded and stored in both digital and physical media.
